The Embassy led by Amb. Peris Kariuki, Chargé D’Affaires A.I, participated in a Briefing Session that was convened by the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) on 8th January 2026.
The objective of the meeting which was chaired by the President of ApexBrasil, Mr. Jorge Viana, was to present details of the upcoming Business Mission to Africa that will be taking place across four nations namely; Benin, Kenya, Rwanda and Ethiopia from 29th January to 7th February 2026.
It is envisioned that this landmark Business Mission will strengthen the economic relations between Kenya and Brazil by promoting enhanced trade, investments, fostering technical collaboration partnerships and deepening the people-to-people connections in line with the aspirations of the South-South Multilateral Cooperation Framework.
