H.E Ambassador Dr. Andrew Karanja made a Country-Dedicated Presentation and Public Lecture titled – “Invest in Kenya: Africa’s Premier Portal and Leading Strategic Trade Hub”.
The Presentation highlighted Kenya as a strategic Gateway for Brazilian trade and investments to Africa, showcasing the ready-investor projects in digital technology, innovation, and smart cities such as the Konza Technopolis. Other priority sectors presented included green and renewable energy energy; agriculture and agro-processing; affordable housing and construction; the creative economy and health sector in line with the Bottom-Up Ecomomic Transformation Agenda (BETA).
Following the presentation, the Embassy received several enquiries from Brazilian businesses that showed great interest in importing Kenya’s tea to Brazil and forging partnerships across diverse sectors.
