The Embassy led by H.E Amb. Dr. Andrew Karanja hosted a delegation from Agrobusiness Brasil, comprising Ms. Ana Luíza Cristo, CEO of Agrobusiness Brasil; Mr. Fábio de Carvalho, Business Connector and Strategy Creator DF; and Mr. Hélio Laranjeiras, CEO of Hedu For Education and Strategic Educational Partner.
The discussions focused on exploring avenues of collaboration in agricultural trade and agro-processing, with emphasis on value addition within Kenya’s key priority value chains under the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).
In addition, the meeting considered opportunities for Hedu For Education to provide technology-driven capacity-building programs for Kenyan youth, with the aim of bridging the gap between skills development and industry needs.
