The Embassy convened a virtual meeting on 25th November 2025 advancing strategic connections between a Brazilian Tea Importer, Mr. Benício Coura, Head Sommelier and COO of Chá Do of Brazil and Kenyan tea exporters, namely Crunch the Numbers (CTN), a Kenyan E-Commerce Agri-Tech Platform and Superior Products International.
The meeting discussed the opportunities for promoting Kenyan tea in Brazil while taking into account the recommendations of the ‘Tea Promotion and Market Penetration Strategy for Brazil’ that was developed by the Embassy.
It is envisioned that through continued and sustained efforts of strengthening partnerships between Brazilian and Kenyan companies, there will be the realization of increased exports in line with the aspirations of the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) National Development Plan.
