Ambassador Lemarron Kaanto joined members of the Diaspora in Brasilia in celebrating the graduation of Mr. Rawlings Onserio who was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations by the University of Brasilia (UNB).
Amb. Kaanto assured Mr. Onserio of the Mission’s commitment to continue engaging closely with the Diaspora.
